Almost Made It

So here we are in the middle of a nice light snow, i just got done borrowing a shovel since there isn’t one snow shovel for 500 miles apparently. As you may or may not know mine broke on the first storm, so my niehgbors were kind enough to let me borrow theirs! Anyway, [...]

So it seems we are about to get hit with another storm.. and me without a shovel… there is a proverb in there somewhere… You can see the remnants of my blue plastic shovel there besides the car. The handle is in the snow somewhere..

After the fantastic dinner in the mountains and a long cold night in Vail, we hit Copper for Christmas day. No lines and great weather made for a super day of boarding.

On Christmas eve Tex and I traveled into Vail then snowmobiled up north 25 miles into the mountains to the Piney Ridge Ranch and got to experience one of the best meals I can remember. Check out the Photos to see more hot action!

So i guess this is the storm of the year here in Denver, although its only December, who knows… but its pretty impressive. So far there are about 6-10″ here in Denver proper after only 7 hours or so, and they are expecting 2-3 feet here and 3-6 feet in the foothills on the east [...]
